Life Updates...

My little brother came to stay with use for the day this week, so I planned a few fun things. We hit up a couple of flea markets (he collects baseball cards!) and ate lunch at Starbucks. Hey, he picked it out by himself! ;-) After that we went home and ate supper with Josh. Then we decide to grab frozen custard...I chose the "Dream Lover": Marshmallow + Hot fudge with toasted pecans = HEAVEN. However, it will probably be a while before I can work up the courage to eat ice cream again! We finished the night off with I Love Lucy reruns. All favorite things from my child hood and I love that we get to spend time with the littlest bro. ;-)

Josh and I are going through some good changes, but we could use prayers for guidance and direction. It's funny how God can plant something in your heart and when you choose to run with it, He opens that up for more unexpected "leaps of faith". Just glad to know He is always faithful. :)

Happy Friday!

How fun you were able to spend time with your little bro, they never forget those moments together. Good luck with whatever your facing. Change is a wonderful thing, albeit, stressful sometimes. The Lord knows your thoughts and feelings :)

I love that you got to spend so much quality time with your brother. Now that I live away from my sister, I value our time together so so much.

I will be praying for you and your husband. We are kind of going through one of these situations ourselves--it's difficult because you don't know where you are going to be led! :)

With faith, all things are possible. Your brother is lucky to have someone to spend good quality time with. From the look of his picture I would guess he's in his early teens which can be a stressful time for teenager. Good luck in your new endeavors.

I will be praying for direction from God during these changes! I love the photo of the coke bottle. You are such a good big sis! There was 10 years between me and my older sibling (I was the baby of 6) so I have fond memories of spending days like this with them.
