Salsa Mia! And more...

This past week, Josh and I have been...a bit under the weather! No FUN! When I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat on Tuesday, I was NOT happy. Sore throats are the second worst symptom of getting sick, next too...well I'm sure yall know what I'm talking about. :D

Anyway, I'm convinced there are two things in this world that magically heal your sore throat instantly. It works like a charm. What is it?

Spicy Salsa with Garlic & Drinking Vineagar. I poured a tablespoon of vinegar, filled it up with water and drank away. I started to feel a bit better. Then I took a tablespoon of chopped garlic, added it to a tablespoon of jarred salsa, and ate it. Sorry if that grossed you out...but hey it worked. I went to bed happy, and caught a little more shut eye before I had to head to work.

So that night when I got home, I whipped up a homemade veggie salsa to snack on for a few days. I took the picture above out on our back porch. Enjoy the recipe!

And before I go, I just have to share with you my latest fashion accessory...

Pure happiness. <3 COACH.

Gross concoctions do normally help! I always take vinegar, lemon & honey with hot water.. helps a sore throat & clears your head.
