Of Cheesecake and Roadtrips!

At the cheesecake Factory

So Josh called me at lunch on Friday, and said we should go on a road trip. We ended up going to St. Louis to visit my cousins! It was wonderul! The St. Louis Zoo, Cheesecake Factory, and the Godiva Chocolate store were some of the highlights! :) I love, love, love road trips and traveling with my favorite person in the world!

On our way back from St. Louis we stopped in Branson to visit the Landing. Dinner at gourmet restaurent was delicious and romantic...espeically the fire show that we could view out the window. It was a perfect ending to a perfect trip....I am SO spoiled and blessed by this man!!! :D

Now it's back to wedding planning! First things first....I have GOT to tackle the music for the slideshow and ceremony! Does anyone have recommendations for songs? I'd love to hear them!

Mmm. Cheesecake factory.

One of our local grocery stores carries their cheesecakes. I got so excited when I found those.

All the songs on my profile are either cheesy love songs or just love songs in general. Hopefully that might help you out some. I have over 50 and I am constantly adding to it when I come across new ones.

Ok too many to list on the songs. My top picks are on my other blog "Notes from the Bridal Brain" check it out if you'd like.

I can never have enough of the cheesecake factory. I don't know what kind of music you like, but I'm a sucker for Frank Sinatra. Just the Way You Look Tonight is a great one. And Phil Vasser just came out with a song called Love Is a Beautiful Thing and it's about getting married. Hope this helps some!

Love you Madly (Cake)

Thanks for your comment! :)

My vote is for some good ol' Frank Sinatra... 'Cheek to Cheek' or 'The Way You Look Tonight.' Classic.

Our wedding slideshow was played immediately after we lit the unity candle, and it was set to "You're My Best Friend" by Queen. We didn't use traditional music, and it helped make the ceremony so much more personal.
